At Lunar Herbals, we’re committed to providing great service and careful handling of every order. By ordering from us, you agree to these shipping terms:

  1. Order Processing – We typically process and package orders within 1-5 business days, ensuring each item is carefully inspected and securely packed.
  2. Shipping Methods & Costs – We offer various shipping options, including standard, express, and international, based on your location. Shipping fees vary by method, destination, and package weight, with exact costs displayed at checkout. Free shipping is available when possible.
  3. Delivery Time – Estimated delivery depends on your chosen shipping method and destination. Please note that external factors, like weather or customs delays, may affect delivery times.
  4. Tracking – After shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.
  5. International Orders – International shipments may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the recipient’s responsibility. Lunar Herbals is not liable for delays or fees due to customs.
  6. Address Accuracy – Please ensure your address is complete and correct; Lunar Herbals is not responsible for delivery issues due to inaccurate address information.
  7. Shipping Restrictions – Certain items may have restrictions based on location or local regulations. If an item can’t be shipped to your location, we’ll notify you and arrange a refund or replacement.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 15 days from the day you receive your order. If more than 15 days have passed, your purchase is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Non-returnable items include gift cards and downloadable software products.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

How to Process Your Return:

  1. Contact Us – Email our team at Hello@LunarHerbals.com within 15 days of receiving your product.
  2. Prepare Your Item – Ensure it is unused, in original packaging, and includes your receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Send It Back – Follow the instructions provided by our team to complete your return.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Hello@lunarherbals.com. 

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@lunarherbals.com and send your item to:
